How will I know my parcel has arrived?
HotDrop notifies you as soon as your courier closes the compartment, with the location, access details and collection window.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. Anyone presenting your access code at the locker can collect the parcel on your behalf.
Is my parcel secure?
Every parcel is held in a dedicated compartment that opens only for the access code tied to that delivery, and locations are chosen for visibility and safety.
Do I need an account?
No. You can find lockers and collect parcels without registering. An account simply keeps your deliveries and preferences in one place.
